What is the free initial meeting? It is a short 15-minute intro call for creative consulting, photography inquiries, and pet-sitting meet-and-greets so we can see if it is a good fit and confirm the basics before booking.
What should I send before the call? A short summary of your project, your ideal timeline, and any links, references, or questions you already have.
What happens after the call? If it feels like a fit, I will send the next steps, pricing, or booking details.
Do I have to book after the free meeting? No. It is simply a low-pressure intro to make sure we are on the same page.
Refunds and Policies: All sales are final unless otherwise discussed.
Booking Policy: A retainer is required to reserve your date for pet sitting, photography, or consulting and will go toward the final cost. If you cancel 7 or more days before your service, the retainer is returned. If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the service, 50% of the retainer is returned. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded.
Payment Options: Services can be paid through Ko-fi, Zelle, Cash App, Rover, Venmo, or cash - whatever works best for you. If you plan to pay with cash, you still owe a retainer fee to block out the date and time slot, and that retainer must be paid through one of the other payment options.
4. Ko-fi Retainer Note: Ko-fi already includes a Housesitting (pet sitting) retainer option. Additional retainer options for other services can be created on request through Ko-fi. This is set up to save peace of mind and time.
